REVISED EXAM SCHEDULE

 

·    Due to bus cancellations, the exam schedule has been revised. 

  

·     Period 5 exams (grades 9-12) will be written Monday, February 6 in the morning.

 

·     Second semester classes will begin Monday, February 6, 2012 in the afternoon.

 

Note: 

 

All students are expected to be at school Monday, February 6, 2012.

 

Students who do not have a Period 5 exam to write in the morning will have an assigned room to report to. 

 

Attendance will be taken. 

 

All students will attend classes in the afternoon.

ALLERGIES

We have a number of Spartans in our community with allergies, some of them life threatening.  Approximaely 300,000 children in Canada under the age of 18 have food allergies.  It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that our school is safe for everyone.  Please remember, food is not permitted in classrooms or the hallways.  To view a video pertaining to food allergies please click here  food allergies.

McCARTHY UNIFORM STORE

The uniform store will be open every Thursday throughout the school year at the following times:

·         8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

·         11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

·         3:15 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

 

SCHOOL COUNCIL

We invite everyone to our School Council meetings.  Parental input is critical to the ongoing success of your child’s school.  The next School Council meeting will take place Tuesday, January 24th at 7:00 p.m. at Hanley Hall in Smiths Falls.  More information to follow.
